The basics of how our service works. Full terms are being finalised with the business — ask us for a copy when you sign up.
The service
Biztech Links Solution provides monthly internet plans for homes and businesses. Plans, speeds and monthly prices are published on the Packages page. Stated speeds are "up to" figures — real speeds can vary with network load and your equipment.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly and paid by M-Pesa. Payment details are shared when your connection is activated. Billing date, disconnection and reconnection terms to be confirmed.
Installation and equipment
Installation is arranged after we confirm coverage at your location. It is free on plans from Ksh 3,000 per month and on all business packages; lower plans carry a one-off fee of Ksh 1,000–2,000 as shown on the Packages page. Any router arrangement or deposit is explained to you before work begins. Router terms to be confirmed.
Fair use
All our packages have no fair usage policy — there is no data cap and no speed throttling, on home or business plans. Plans are intended for the home or business use they are sold for.
Reliability and support
If something goes wrong, report it through the Support page — by WhatsApp or phone — and we will work to restore your service.
